This is my photo playground. Welcome! I am a photographer and digital artist, and I've been busy taking pictures since the day my parents gave me my brand new Kodak Instamatic (with the 126 cartridge) and flash cubes. (-: There have been several cameras I have lovingly used since that time, and my current camera is a Canon 350D. (Digital Rebel XT). My camera, tripod, various lenses, a microscope, a telescope, (I shoot through the eyepieces of both) and various digital photo editors are my usual equipment. I love to experiment with the effects of motion and light, and the ambient, natural light is what propels me to reach for my camera more than anything. I use mostly natural lighting in my portrait and nature photography work, saving other light sources and electronic flash for embellishment where needed, or to capture sharpness of a moving image in long exposure motion photography. I am available for portrait and event shooting in Southern Arizona. I also make unique event and greeting cards, customized photo collages, and web banners and logos for everyone, everywhere.
